The Minnesota Water Supply System Operator License Learning Course is a program of study designed to meet the educational needs of individuals who operate water supply systems in the state of Minnesota. Please note that this manual does not contain questions related to drinking water regulations such as those found in the Safe Drinking Water Act or water quality standards such as those found in Chapter 5 (Groundwater) of Minnesota Rules Chapter 4611.
